How do I reserve one of your meeting and event rooms? Guests are able to request availability online or by calling the Group Sales Coordinator at844-339-4118.
Why host your event at the Isle of Capri Casino Lula? Our staff is excited to deliver a safe, friendly environment to have an entertaining experience with a touch of southern hospitality.
Is there a deposit required and is it refundable? We require a 10% deposit to be due within 30 days of receiving contract. The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the event date.
What are my bar service options? Cash Bar: Guest attending the event pays for drinks. Host Bar: Guest pays for his/her guests' drinks at the end of event. Open Bar: Guest is charged a fixed price per drink that will be added to the final bill at the end of the event.
Are linens/napkins/tables/chairs/centerpieces included with room rental? Yes, linen, napkins, tables, and chairs are all included with rental fee. Linens of various colors are available at additional cost.
Does the room rental fee include set-up and tear down? Yes, our job is to make event planning almost too easy for you. We set it up, and tear it down.
Are hotel room blocks available? Yes, speak with our sales coordinator to set up a block of rooms for your event guests. A room block of 10 or more rooms will qualify you for a discount off the prevailing rate.
Are your meeting rooms handicap accessible? Yes, our Ballroom/meeting room is located in the main entrance of the IOC.
Is Valet Parking available? Yes, guests are able to utilize valet parking at the main entrance at no charge.

It is important that the marketing staff (namely Nicole Lamar), food services staff, IT staff, hotel front desk, and plant staff members be recognized and commended for the excellent service delivery and the lengths they go to each time we are there to ensure our event is a success and that the staff have a pleasurable visit.
