Chef Anglius Thompson, born in Albany, Georgia, Anglius was military raised throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. As soon as he graduated, he was off to join the United States Navy. After serving his country for four years, Anglius studied Computer Science at Indiana University, Bloomington. He then moved to Mobile, Alabama where he studied the Culinary Arts and received his Associate of Arts Degree from S.D Bishop State. Anglius worked in several fine dining establishments around Mobile Bay, which led him to the Gaming Industry in 1995 and developed his impressive resume. Anglius is an outdoorsman that enjoys family and retro country living. He's also passionately involved in the culinary arts which shows in all of his creations.
