    Anyone who's ever said "easy as pie" has never made a pie from scratch. Baking a scrumptious treat is no easy feat. But there are easier options out there! Whether you're limited on time or limited on skills, you don't need to bake a complicated dish to impress your guests. This Fourth of July, give your oven a rest and try out these 5 easy no-bake dessert recipes.

    1. Red, White, and Blue Fruit Pizza

    What’s better than pizza and dessert? How about a dessert pizza! This tasty treat looks nice, but is actually very simple to make.

    Ingredients:

    - pre-baked pie crust

    - 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)

    - 1 cup sugar

    - ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

    - 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries

    - 1 cup strawberry glaze

    - 1 cup fresh blueberries

    Instructions:

    1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together. Spread over crust.

    2. Arrange strawberries in a circle in the center of the pie.

    3. Arrange blueberries in a circle around the strawberries.

    4. Pour glaze over strawberries.

    5. Place finished pizza in the refrigerator to harden before serving.

    2. Red, White, and Blue Frozen Delight

    Nothing tastes better than fresh berries in the summer. If you’re looking for a healthier alternative to cupcakes and cookies, go for this fresh frozen recipe!

    Ingredients:

    - 1 can sweetened condensed milk

    - 1/3 cup lemon juice

    - 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

    - 2 cups plain yogurt

    - 2 cups miniature marshmallows

    - ½ cup chopped pecans

    - 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

    - 1 cup fresh blueberries

    Instructions:

    1. In a bowl, combine milk, lemon juice, and lemon peel.

    2. Stir in yogurt, marshmallows, and pecans.

    3. Spread half into an ungreased dish.

    4. Sprinkle with half of the strawberries and blueberries.

    5. Cover with remaining yogurt mixture.

    6. Top with the remaining berries.

    7. Cover and freeze.

    3. Red, White, and Blue Sangria

    Yes, it still counts. This sangria is so sweet that it should be classified as a dessert. And it has fruit in it, so it’s still healthy, right?

    Ingredients:

    - 1 bottle white wine

    - 1 pint cut strawberries

    - 1 pint blueberries

    - 1 pint raspberries

    - 1 red apple, sliced

    - 1 bottle sparkling water

    Instructions:

    1. In a large pitcher, combine the wine and fruit.

    2. Stir gently and let chill in the refrigerator overnight.

    3. Add a splash of sparkling water and serve!

    4. Red, White, and Booze Strawberries

    Sensing a pattern here? These treats may be small but pack a punch when it comes to flavor. These crème-filled strawberries are fun and easy to make!

    Ingredients:

    - fresh strawberries

    - fresh blueberries

    - 2 tablespoons vodka

    - apricot preserves

    - 1 cup whipped cream

    Instructions:

    1. Hull strawberries and cut the bottom tips.

    2. Add 2 tablespoons of vodka to 1 cup of whipped cream.

    3. Fill strawberries with boozy whipped cream.

    4. Heat up apricot preserves.

    5. Toss blueberries in apricot preserves.

    6. Top strawberries with blueberries.

    5. Red, White, and Blue Fruit Skewers

    We’re finishing off this list with the simplest treat for anyone who needs a 20 minute-and-under dish. This treat is easy to make, but still looks great with its colorful array of fruit!

    Ingredients:

    - fresh pineapple

    - fresh strawberries

    - fresh blueberries

    - skewers

    Instructions:
    1. Cut up pineapple into stars (optional).

    2. Slide a blueberry on the end of the skewer.

    3. Add a cut strawberry to the skewer.

    4. Add the pineapple.

    5. Top off your skewer with another blueberry.
